It’s 2019 and I bought a Hp 6000 desktop with a Core 2 Quad and an AMD Radeon 5450 for $10 on Craigslist lets see how it handles emulators like Dolphin for Gamecube, PCSX2 for PS2, Redream for Dreamcast, PPSSPP for PSP and Citra for 3DS. This PC was even cheaper than a Raspberry Pi!
