Only recently we were speaking about adding GPIO support to the common controls of most Pi Images, then our inbox pings and an elite dude called ‘GuyGaBytes’ has dropped us a link via our link submission forms of what can only be described as an ULTIMATE ARCADE PUNKS Pi build! This 32gb Image is pre-configured for instant hook-up to the GPIO on your Pi3, Which means you do not need any encoder at all, just hard wire your cabinet controls directly into the GPIO … SWEET !!

This is my personal mod of the “Motion Blue” Attract Mode 32gb image. This image is 30.1gb. Being an “Arcade”
only gamer, this image has Mame4all and Daphne only with roms and all artwork. You can still add
stuff to this image because there is 6.7gb of space left on the MicroSD card. The other emulators
are only disabled. Why pay extra for a controler when you can use the GPIO pins. They were meant
to be used. This image, like for me, is meant for the Arcade cab builders. With the download of this image
you will find a text file/picture of the GPIO control panel pinout for a single player layout.
