One order, two parts.
First, the game deck pedestal. No, they didn’t send both parts together. It got here and laminate was chipping off as i was lifting it out of the box. The instructions were antiquated, old black and white with no real 123/ABC dot identification, no real steps to putting it together and some compact, faded color photos from a CHEAP inkjet printer.
Second, around 2 weeks later, the 4-player deck. Same thing with the laminate chipping and laughable “small” color inkjet photos. On top of that, they don’t have edged (on the deck) that meet at proper angles. No inside interlocks to “strengthen” the base structure (only those screw locks). There were no drill holes for the latch (in the middle front) so that’s total guess work.
NONE of the arcade parts tha i sent to them and asked them “will these fit this deck?” fit correctly.
Folks, i been working on arcade machines for over 20 years and i’ve never dealt with such incompetence. The owner is a complete ass who, instead of when i pointed out issues in their system “learning” from it, gets all pissed off and decides to argue with me and has the “i’ve got to have the last word” syndrome. All replied (as limited as they were) took 24+ hours (most of the time) to come back if they came back at all. I even pointed out, to their staff, that there was a “bug” in their messaging system and Tina got pissed off like a @#$%^ instead of looking into it.
I must have asked between 5-7 questions and got short, useless answers. So i would ask for more information…..they would close the ticket.
When people blow you off, like you’re stupid, that’s one thing. But when they’re wrong about their own products, produce FAR less than a quality item, and have worse than Wal-Mart technical support….that’s something different.
And then, the person blows up on you and you (the seller) act like they’re horrible because they have lost patience.
I wasn’t hostile at first, with these people, but i came around to being hostile. They closed tickets without answering questions, they’re slow, they’re ignorant, and they’ve got “attitude” (Tina, Ryan hid behind her and let her answer my emails to him).
