I'm messing around in SkectchUp with a new cab design so I figured I would share. It's nothing spectacular, but after a few more conventional designs over the years I wanted to make something different. The inspiration was a Slim build from "Taz" which is about 20 years old. Unfortunately, I suck @ 3D modeling tools, so it's not exactly what I want but I think you can get the idea.

looks good. couple of things i would change if this was mine lol.
1. speaker placement would be st the top at the side of the bezel,
2. what are you using to power it, i would use a pc (but thats just me, but bare board itx with a couple of rgb 12omm fans with metal guard on each side in push/pull
3. using just itx mobo would give enough space for a subwoofer at the bottom of the plinth,
4. with bezel at the top i would use led rgb stips behind a white custom backed image.
5. if money allowed i would use a 32 inch curved tv, not monitor, just for the hell of it lol.

1. Speakers will be a part of the display as I plan on using a TV
2. It will be a MAME setup, so I have an extra PC I plan on using.
3. To be considered
4. Intersting idea
5. Not in love with the curved tv thing, but it would look interesting for sure.
