I got the following reply which i can`t understand , seems like they are not native english speakers .

So:

1 – Put the PS3 games inside in a past X:\RetroStation_PC_4_U
oms\ps3\disc (look how they are inside here)

2- Them you need to create a file with extension .m3u link inside X:\RetroStation_PC_4_U
oms\ps3\
        -> Lets say the game is God of War that is already X:\RetroStation_PC_4_U
oms\ps3\disc in  the folder called “God of War”
        -> So make a copy of one of the .m3u inside the X:\RetroStation_PC_4_U
oms\ps3\ and them o change the name and edit it inside using Notepad (right click on the file and pick “open with” and choose NotePad). Now change the text there to “.\disc\God of War\PS3_GAME\USRDIR\EBOOT.BIN”
         -> So you just need to change the name of the file and put the name of the folder after “.\disk\
