A specific HOT WHEELS overlay is present for DS / 3DS / PS1 / N64 games

Adds 2 complementary systems for Nintendo DS and Wii, use of core “melonds” and a Dolphin emulator configured for use of Wiimote specific games in horizontal position .
This does not change the use of these 2 systems in the CoinOPS NEXT 2 menu, the files are separate and are managed by the Officials systems . (A SUB file has been created)

Addition of the Nintendo Wii U + 4 games system , new entry created in the “Modern Consoles” menu .
