THIS IS A MUST HAVE FOR ANYONE BUILDING A GUITAR HERO OR METALLICA THEMED CABINET OR SYSTEM!!
This is a full standalone custom version of Coinops Next 2, NOT AN ADDON PACK. It includes a fully stocked Clone Hero with almost 2000 songs already loaded, 80+ Pinball FX3 tables, all the PopCap games, almost 1000 Arcade games, almost 2000 Amiga & Scumm games, 7 PS2 games not included in the official packs and a few other games scattered about. There is about 10 or so other sections already set up to add games to and they have custom Metallica themes for each section. Switch, PS2, TeknoParrot, Games for Windows sections are also included and fully working. These were left mostly empty due to size constraints.
INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Download and extract the above zip folder
2. Open the FIXES folder and click the “install_all” bat file. Install “directx_Jun2010_redist” and “node-v12.18.3-x64”. Open Media & Codecs Folder and install all 3 codecs. Open PLACE ON C DRIVE folder and place provided file directly on your C drive.
3. Open the”NEXTGamesForWindowsLnk” Folder in the Coinops root folder. Delete the Cuphead.exe shortcut. Open Cuphead folder and find Cuphead.exe. Right click on it and create shortcut. Rename it “Cuphead” and then cut and paste it in the NEXTGamesForWindowsLnk root folder.
4. Open emulators folder in the Coinops root folder. Open Teknoparrot folder and then click and open the TeknoParrotUi.exe. Select Batman the click game settings. Click on Game Executable and goto collections/Ringedge/roms/BATMAN/ZeusSP/sdaemon and click open. Click Controller Setup and configure whatever game controller you will be using. Close TeknoParrot
5. Open Coinops.exe from Coinops root folder. Hit Enter and then scroll to Clone Hero. Press Enter. Press Enter Again. Your Keyboard Controls in Clone Hero are: Start=Enter, A key = Select, S key = back. Hit Enter, Then A, Then Scroll Down to Settings, then goto Gneral then select Scan Songs.
6. You will have to go into each emulator and config your controls for your game controller.
7. You are done!! Enjoy!!!!!
