Coinops Retro Arcade 2 no eke to launch

I downloaded Coinops Retro Arcade 2 unzipped installed eveything from “fixes when not working file” but cannot find an exe file to launch coinops. Probably doing something wrong not able to figure out. Downloaded from arcade punks torrent to hard drive and unzipped there but thats as far as I am getting. Tried twice from scratch now. Note this is a new PC I just built seems to be working fine for everything else. Thanks for any help
