Getting started: Mini Build under 64 gb for PC. How / what do I download? Do I need a Front end like Launchbox or RetroArch?

I heard of creating a selection of retro games on Coin Ops, for my Chuwi Larkbox, on YouTube. It was the Legends Mini Build. It was awesome. I can’t figure out how to find the right Zip file to extract and add to a front end. I looked under Neo Geo mini build in the PC Front End Downloads. I was told it was older than 90 days and it not work. I manage to download a small fille about 700 kb, but that does not seem big enough. Please help .
