The menu listing for CoinOPS is located in the collections\Main\menu folder. Each menu item is a text file named as the menu item you want, but with no content, just an empty file named “system.txt” where “system” is the name of the menu item. To remove an item from the menu, just delete the text file with the corresponding name, of better, move it to the “Removed” folder which should be already there.

The logos and video used by the menu items are located in the collections\Main\medium_artwork folder and share the same name as the text file. Probably best to leave them there in case you want to restore them. Adding a menu item is as simple as creating files for those folders.
