How to change default emulators

Hi everyone, i just recently found out about CoinOPS and my my how much the emulator scene has changed. I would like to know how to change the default PS1 emulator of my COINOPS NEXT 2 pack.
I have Retro ARCADE 2 pack and noticed that it uses MAME for PS1 emulation which i preferred than the RetroArch Swanstation that COINOPS NEXT 2 pack is using. I just can’t figure out how to change it from Swanstation to MAME.
