Hi. I am using a modified version of Windows 10 that is prepared for arcade machines with Turbo Sheller by default program to initialize the front end.

The problem I have is the following:

  • If I run the path CoinOPS.exe does not run.
  • If I run the RetroFE path (shortcut in the root directory) the windows console opens.
  • If I run the RetroFE path (from the CORE folder) the front end opens but does not load the games.

I need to open CoinOPS.exe in some way to initialize the front end correctly or modify the properties of the shortcut that currently have:

  • Destination: %COMSPEC% /c start "" core
    etrofe.exe
  • Start in: %CD%

Obvious answer is have you tried this without all the shellers and such ? Have you got all the dependencies installed (included with CoinOps Next) ?

Estoy usando CoinOps Arcadia 5 pero me dio el mismo problema con la versión "Siguiente".

Sin Turbo Sheller, la aplicación se ejecuta correctamente pero la carga es larga porque tiene que pasar por el escritorio de Windows.

PD: From the RetroFE forum they have given me an answer that has solved my problem.

I am using CoinOps Arcadia 5 but it gave me the same problem with the "Next" version.

Without Turbo Sheller, the application runs correctly but the load is long because it has to go through the Windows desktop.

What was the solution ?

The solution was to enter each .conf file in the launchers.windows folder and add the entire directory.

For example:
executable = emulatorsSega Model 2 Emulator v1.1aEMULATOR.exe
to
executable = C:CoinOpsemulatorsSega Model 2 Emulator v1.1aEMULATOR.exe

(In my case, simply add C: CoinOp to each .conf and run the application from the corecore.exe)
