Did you run all the set up programs in the coinops folder?
vc_redist.x86 etc… ??
that error is a system error not a retrofe error, so try running cEmu from the actual folder see what it does?
If not googling that error fix should work, or download and install cEmu and point to that?

As for systems not showing, check files are in correct places, and original OFFICIAL packs are installed prior to any add-on packs, or read the nfo of unofficial packs see if more steps are needed, also check you not using coinops next (1) packs with coinops next 2 🙂
