I’m new to CoinOps Pc. What are the System Requirements for CoinOps PC ? What would be the minimal computer and operating system requirements for a computer to be used in an arcade cabinet ? I love classic arcade games from the 70s, 80s,90s, NES,SNES and Genesis games. Through the last 20 years, I have accumulated Windows 98, XP, Win. 7, and currently Win. 10. Which Windows version can be used and which packs can I download ? Thanks.

Just to be clear you wanna go as far as PS1 ?
In which case consider a PI4 , much cheaper option IMO
But if you wanna go PC based then any PC capable of running Windows 10 should run CoinOps Next 2 and the appropriate packs up to your preferred system, plus it has some settings in the settings folder in the root directory to turn off certain mods to make it more backward compataible…
Diamonds 3 is also an option for a cabinet, and the new CoinOPs coming soon should be a viable option too…

It really depends on what you want in your CoinOps. Your basic PC will run stuff from the Old School Arcade games to PS1 but if you install some of the PC packs with games like Street Fighter 5 or Mortal Kombat X Then you will need to beef up the Video Card and Ram for Sure. At least 16Gigs of Ram and a Mid-range to high-end video card.
