Hey everyone I’m new here and I just recently bought an original Xbox modded with CoinOps 8 Massive, Hypervision 6 and a variety of system emulators. I have been having difficulty with doing save states (in CoinOps) since I received my system. I read the controls and understand that “white + back” is save state and “black + back” is load state. Save state was doing a system shut down every time for console roms. Load state actually displayed the text “Save state loaded” but there was nothing to physically load… So I did some research and found some one from ISO Zone was having a similar problem.

I FTPed into my xbox and replaced the .cfg in the C: drive with one that had new code (from ISO Zone) and added that same .cfg file to my E: Drive. I also added a supplied MS_Dash file to my C: drive to see if these steps would fix my problem. My system no longer shuts down while attempting to save state and it actually displays on my screen that it saved. However when I attempt to load state it says the state is loaded but there is no change from where I left off as if it did nothing at all, and the game play just continues as if nothing was recorded and or loaded from any existing or non-existing states.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated or if anyone has had similar experiences with this and how you resolved the problem.
