Just a quick one, what is the best way to add more games to this build? Love the frontend and just a little stuck on how to add the full set of ROMS I have for some of the builtin systems. Many thanks

Offline For systems already setup should be as easy as adding the roms and art assets to the corresponding folders in: collections/SYSTEM NAME/…
If they follow the no-intro hyperspin style of naming (GAME NAME (USA) etc.) they should appear automatic after. Arcade games names are a little different as we know but same thing. If they follow the MAME style of naming.
Some games and files might have a slight different name sometimes. In those cases check the “All Systems.txt” in romlists folder on root to see the names inside.
That file is a master romlist with mostly full sets (PC Games and PS3, among others are still ongoing process) entries for the systems inside. That, coupled with a filter in the frontend, makes the games that you add appear automatic if your files have the same name.

Offline Many thanks 🙂 haven’t been around for a while, I did manage to add more games to existing collections, good some doing ton get my head around it but got there.
Adding new systems is something else 🙂 not sure I will be able to do that!

Adding new systems is harder but not that hard. We have some simple steps in the discord and can share it here too if needed. After the first system that you setup things get more intuitive with time and people can help too. 🙂

To be honest at the moment, I am struggling to pick what is the best frontend for PC if I want to add multiple emulators/collections!
Might have to try a few out and see what works best!

i tried hyperspin and coinops, but now im going for this one and i like it allot 🙂 i cant wait for the next update 🙂
gonna add some of my favo games from the old days 🙂

Hello is it possible to have a link to a tutorial to add systems there is no + in the list of rocketlauncher UI systems
