I've redownloaded Media.part026.rar 3 times and keep getting the same "checksum error". I have even tried to move this file into a directory on its own and its still not working. Same error. How do I proceed?

Ok, this is something I forgot I put up. I found the solution to be in downloading from 1fichier. The files there are similar, the ones in torrent didn't seem like they matched the same file number. So I downloaded from 1fichier in rare times during my attempt to download them all. So far, its worked well. I just always have trouble with Windows 10 detecting the changes on my drive, then the drive is even connected, then finally it will come around to detecting it. Might be my drive, I don't know. But the emulation for PS1, PS2 (didn't know my PC could handle it), Sega Saturn (via Kronos!) has been great!
