Chinese xbox360 controller issus

Hello, i have a xbox 360 Chinese controller, having some problems isn´t 100% compatible with your configuration.
Future Pinball i config the emulator for it, now im lost were to reconfigure the gameCube, have 6 dolphin folders.
Can any one help me please.!! now for example to accelerate on v-Rally have to click (Start) ?
