It's not a real virus, don't stress! Apparently a little inside joke from the developers there. From what I understand that error is caused because Game Loader (used to launch those games) needs a fix (see details below) but basically, this version of "D:Arcade" isn't running Gameloader in "portable mode" from what I understand.
Anyways, you have to make sure your anti-virus isn't deleting or quarantining the Game Loader files in those directories. It's a pain in the butt depending on your Anti Virus Software.You will have to restore them or retrieve them if it has.
So if you've tried to repeatedly launch those files and you get a black screen or it just doesnt run there's a good chance Windows Defender or your anti virus has intercepted them. Probably a Q&A section we need to add for this stuff in the Tweaks and Fixes section.

GAMELOADER FIX
Windows 10 Fix (Your mileage may vary if using Win 7)
Navigate to:
"C: Users USER NAME AppData Roaming Game Loader All RH TTX.ini"-Open TTX.ini with notepad and modify this:
[Ignore]
Warning=agree
And then run the "Game Loader Installer"
Don't have those files, you may need to restore them from the original archive, if you you still have it and/ or you need to run the Gameloader Installer.
