Ok. I have a PC i7 2.8gx with 8gb ram and a gtx1080ti. It has an SSD with 500gb that only has windows on it.  I'm going to upgrade the RAM. Hyperspin and rims are running on an external 8tb harddrive.  How can I set the SSD up as the boot drive for hyperspin?  Sorry for being noobish to this. Just haven't found any resources or maybe I'm not wording it correctly in search.

You want the SSD to boot Windows or the Base of Hyperspin ?

As of right now windows is on it.  What would allow it to be faster moving hyperspin to SSD and leaving ROMs on the external disk hard drive. Or will it make that much of a difference

oh right, yea so install hyperspin to ssd with the media I guess and put roms on a different drive

would need to configure it all of course but no reason it cant happen
