I have visited this site a fair bit after finding it shortly after getting a raspberry pi 3b about a year ago….. However I have been addicted to emulation since getting a c64 emulator for my pc back in, must be 1994 and watched MAME grow from a handful of games to the monster it is now.
I also spent a fortune downloading MAME games using 56k dial up before I had free internet.
I built my 1st arcade Cab back in 2003 with help from a mate as therapy for my divorce. It is twin sticks 6 buttons each (as well as start/select) using an ipac and has an arcade track ball in the middle. Built from scratch . To be honest I would not do it now, there are so many ready made kits for not much money that look so much better.
It has had a few revisions, when I upgrade my games pc my old one goes in it.
December 2018 I also bought a ready made pinball table out of a reclaimed Red Ted's Roadshow, tho since getting it have practically rewired it all (or my mate has ? ) and have upgraded pc and put a zebsboard plunger init.
This last few days I got my 1st taste of coin-ops and have a mobile games platform now, and am thinking about replacing my hyperspin front end on my arcade with an Arcadia one.
I may stick with what I have however as it has a lot of personalised collections on it which may be missing from ready made ones.
So erm yeah… Hi ?

Hi
I will do if I choose to do it. Like I said tho it does bank on me figuring out how to add my own games. By chance the top 4 or 5 games I play a lot a missing and I would not be without them. (World class bowling, shuuz, shoot the bull, hat trick among others)
I can't be without those however realise they are perhaps somewhat niche so don't make it into others collections.
I promise to post back how I get on if I do it.
