I just finished downloading and extracting this behemoth. Stuff seems to work pretty well, however I have noticed some games are missing. I see the roms in the folders, but they don't show up in the launchbox GUI. Like NES Final Fantasy. Kind of a big game to not be available. The rom is in the NES games folder, but it's not showing up in the interface.

The other games I've seen in the roms folders but not in the menus are the adult titles (Fantasia, Miss Nude World, etc). The roms are there, just aren't visible in the frontend. And there are a bunch of the CHD games that have the roms but not the CHDs to play them (Golden Tee Fore). I am new to launchbox (having only really emulated on the Raspberry Pi), and am not familiar with how to get these games to show up in the front end. Any help from some savvy Arcade Punks? Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I managed to figure out the NES missing games (ended up with about 40 more NES games). But when I click on the "Scan for added ROMs" in the Tools menu in ARCADE, it says no new roms found. I saw a video where they import the MAME full set and it has check boxes for removing certain types of games. Is there a way to undo those choices? Will it break anything to import "MAME arcade full set" or is this the only way to re-enable the missing games?
