No Game Output in BigBox Using No Intro Colpipes1978

Hi all, I’m pretty new here and new to the arcade scene. I’ve just finished building my first bartop cabinet and set it up with a small formfactor PC using Colpipes1978 No Intro collection. I can get Bigbox to launch but when I start a game, there is no video output. Just a black screen. Anyone know what might be going on here, or able to point me in the right direction to troubleshoot?
