Hi there,
Does anybody knows of a guide or can provide in detail how to install the 2TB Origins image in the Xbox that can be downloaded from the from front end downloads section. It does say to us this software for cloning the HDD but it seems a bit odd as I thought that your C: partition should be specific for your Xbox (I could be wrong). Can someone maybe help and give detailed instructions on how to put it into the HDD.
Thank you all in advance.

Have you tried using HDD Guru's HDD Raw Copy Tool
The files on the hard drive are not unique to each console. It's the locking password that is.
A hard modded console's hard drive does not have to be locked while a softmodded console's does.

Ultraplex – Wondering how you sorted your issue out. I also have an x3 and if I ever get a workable image wondering if I'll run into your issue. Who knows when or if that'll happen but just want to have some knowledge tucked away if I run into issues like you. Thanks in advance

I'm using 7zip to extract this file and it's telling me that it's missing part1641. I've found a so-called missing parts pack that has part1641-part1826 but if I add all these parts to the originals, it won't even attempt it. Can anyone assist me on what I should do? I'm just going to extract the original DL of the 1640 parts but I'm hoping to get some assistance before I attempt to RAW Copy it to the HDD I have for this build and find out it doesn't work or is corrupted. Please help and thank you for any advice you can offer

Quote from Metaphor96 on September 3, 2019, 6:01 amThis is what I'm talking about and everyone that has seemed to have found out how to fix it, isn't sharing online. PLEASE help me AP!
The 2TB Origins NZB should be removed. It has 6 corrupt files that cannot be repaired. The NZB does not contain the needed par files to repair the .imgc file. I did find a set of par files on usenet and deleted the 6 corrupt files and made multipar re-create the 6 missing/deleted files. Quickpar will not work at all with these pars so multipar was the only option. Even rebuilding these files, you get the same CRC and file corrupt errors. The source files are corrupt and it looks like the pars floating around are corrupt and made from this corrupt archive. People downloading this on usenet are just wasting their time. There is no way to fix this and no one has the answer. But it does seem like people downloading the torrent are getting better results. I actually purchased a newsgroup subscription through this website. Was hoping to snag the 2TB origins that way as I don't mess with torrents much these days.

Bump.
I imaged 2x 2TB drives with the IMGC file using the tool. My X3 chip boots into the the dash but F and G are empty.. What I have read is that the drives should be preformatted to split even between F & G using XBPartitioner. Wouldn't a HDD Img write the partition table? I mean It boots it has an E drive with tools on it.. but F anf G is not functioning. I thought perhaps its my LBA 48… but thats all sorted.. then i thought maybe i need EVOX Â M8+ (using 1.6) and that didn't work. however, booting from a hexen disc, because i screwed something up, showed me everything. Once I was able to launch the tool that allows Dashboard switching I was back in my box.. still no F & G.. i don't want to run XBPartitioner because it will wipe the partitions.
Any insight will help
XBOX 1.6 with Xecuter 3 with latest X3 bios and EVOX m8+ on bank 5.
Please help me understand what I am doing wrong.

Quote from substancev on March 15, 2020, 8:49 pmFigured it out. I tried X3 latest 1.6 bios, evox m8 & m8+, IND 5003, and finally X2 5035 v16plus.137. Finally with X2 bios it all works.
I wish i would work under another bios, like x3 for me.. not sure why its not working with that… but I am happy the image is working for me.
NICE!!

I got my issue sorted that I was having and inquiring about. In my case it was the faulty disk drive I was trying to use. Figured, hell should be playing all the games from hdd so should just need to use it to initialize in the bios so it wouldn't frag on boot. I was wrong with that, for some reason I needed a fully working drive for this image to show F: and G:. Sounds weird and I can't explain it but it was reproducible by swapping in and out the disk drive with a working one. I know certain BIOs can set different drive settings in regards to if it is needed or not so figured I'd mention.
