128gb Budz71 All Killer No Filler Loaded Retropie 3B and 3B+ Image – No Boot

Hi all, downloaded and tried a few images on 3B+ so far, and been stuck on this one for weeks now. Retropie Image burner burns and verifies the image, but as soon as I put it in the Pi, nothing. Left it for ages, reset, powered down etc., but still nothing.
Tried BalenaEtcher, that says the image isn’t a bootable image.
Installing on a 256Gb Micro Sd so no space problems, seems that the original image is U/S.
Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?
