How do I remap my controller work with this image.

When I go to the setup controller menu the system resets.

 

Looking at the youtube comments others have this issue too.

ok so I found out from reading the comments of the youtube video of the raccoonbox “Press start, go to UPDATES and turn off CHECK UPDATES. You can now plug your network cable back in. – however if you do an annoying update is available message will show in the corner.” This got my super nintendo controller working, none of my other controllers, however after about 30min it went back to the same issue. I think if I just restarted and made sure check updates is off it should work but thats the best I could find so far.
