First off, please note I am very new to the retropi scene..
SO, every arcade game I have played so far seems to show up fine, however on mother other systems (NES, SNES, 2600) I am getting the top left 3/4 of the screen…
I THINK I have narrowed down the problem to the build originally “set: for a 1080p screen, but its running on a 720 screen now.. But I don’t know how to drop out of the GUI to a command prompt to change that. However I am open to any other suggestions to get things working.

Hi rnI have the same image on my pi with the same problem,i managed to fix that by going in the retroarch menu by pressing LB on the joystick and x or 2 depending on your controller(do that while you are in the game with the video problem) and then going to “option” and then “video” and then “scaling” and then i change the resolution to 16:10 and that would fix the problems on many games.. its recommend to save this configuration on the override section and press “save to game override”… On that retroarch menu you will also find the way to disable the bezeals by setting the on screen overlay to “off”rnHopefully i helped a bit
