3B+ is New, old images wont work !!!
Too many, and i mean too many people are trying to run old images on their new 3B+
Sort the list by "Date Added"
We need a sticky, as it just wont work

It's because people do not read carefully. Most images have stated in the name that they are for 3b+, or you can just read info page of the particular image i see if it's for 3b+ or not

For the noob's they keep grabbing old images and saying my new pi wont work, whats wrong ?

Offline Ive just got a 3B+ for the ZX Spectrum build from last year, but when I run it I just get a rainbow screen and thats all.
Would this be as its an old image on a new PI? I read and it did say compatible with all PI's but I didnt realise the 3B+ was new, guess that wasnt around when they built the image.

Offline Since recalbox 6.0 is out now, does anybody know if emulga will design an image for the 3b+? would love to use their gui :/ even without games..
or is it possibile to extrakt gui/games from an older image and use it for recalbox 6.0?

Offline With RB6 out now and 3b/3b+ support easier to rip the ROMS out of older images – I havent tried to update an older version to newer, would be interesting to see , however there are already some good RB6 images coming out that could be worth downloading ?
