With my Samsung 512GB I end up with 476GB after formatting, 18.2MB short of fitting the image. All the other micro SD cards I looked at also format to that size or smaller.  Anyone know that one neat trick or card model I need to make this fit. Rather not use a SSD.

stop looking at sizes and confusing yourself ?

if it genuinely dont fit (i.e. the software from the link above says it dont fit) then im using a samsung evo 512 (select)
