Hello,
I am new to the raspberry pi and have been doing a ton of research. I have now set up two Pi's. I am running them both with images. I have been having an issue with fps. I am currently running the Community Gold image and I am sitting around 44 fps. I don't understand why I can't get close to 60. I have not messed with any settings. Even when overclocked, I still only get 4o-something fps. Am I doing something wrong?
My setup:
Raspberry Pi 3B+
Heat Sinks
Fan
Canakit 2.5 power supply
No lightning bolt to indicate low power.
I would appreciate any help that can be provided.
-Thank you much!
Update:
So I thought it had nothing to do with the image but it still may. When I am using gold community, the fps from ES show 40-something. On my other SD card, I have the All Killer No Filler image and it shows 50-60 fps in ES. All systems except PSX play near 60 fps while PSX still plays around 44 fps. I am at a complete loss here…
