Help: Create MicroSD image from NZB/par

I picked out a Pi 4 NZB. The par, the rar’s, and the par2 have been downloaded with NZBGet. I don’t know what to do now to extract and create an image on a separate MicroSD. I am using a Mac (all I have). Any help is greatly appreciated.
Admins, I apologize if this has been asked before. If you could direct me to a thread before you close this, I would really appreciate it. I’m not sure what to search the forum for and I was having a hard time.
