I downloaded the below image:
[32gb]-We're.Dirty.Gaming.32gb.RetroPie v1.2-WDG
followed the instructions on how to write the image but when i load it, the screen is just blank?

Offline Wait as the card is Expanding the file size and a few other thing, it should reboot and then Start

Offline Just tried downloading another img:
[32Gb]AVENGERS INFINITY GAMES-THE-MINI-CAKE-TV
Still getting the same result. there is a red flashing light and a lightning bolt (which i understand is due to low voltage power supply thanks to rubbish Chinese made which I've been told just comes under the required 4.63V even thought it is advertised as 5V.

Offline Thats a RecalBox image, As yet NO recalbox for the 3B+, Check the Read Nfo's
Also i just realised you are trying to write a old 3B image its not for the 3B+
Sort the List by Date Added, and go for the Newer stuff
Its the Amps not the volts that cause the Lightning Blot, i now run good 5v 3Amp as the Original Pi Supply is 2.5amps fine the the 3B, but the 3B+ i get the lightning
Not sure what you are doing wrong
Format the card the SD Card Formatter
Write the image "32gb.blah blah.img" with Win32DiskImager
Put the sd card in Pi and it Boots,
Only thing i use Sandisk Ultra, or Sandisk Extremme,
