This maybe a strange question.
I have many hard drives mostly 1tb handy and quite a few 8-16gb micro sd cards.
At the moment I burn the image to the hhd (128gb) and copy the boot files to an micro sd card.
The problem is that i then have 700gb space free on the hhd. Since 8gb cards are super cheap and a single 1tb hdd is cheap it would make sense to be able to have a separate sd card for a particular boot image. with all the images stored on one hard drive and the only thingt o do is swap out the sd card.
Does anyone know a way in which I can have multiple partitions (boot) on a single hhd and then use different micro sd cards so I can try different images and systems for example a snes image a sega image etc.
I have tried partitioning the drive in to four and then using win disk imager and it fails.
Appropriate any help and hints.
