I've noticed that this image does not save my favorites when i reboot and has some favs preloaded…is there a way to edit the pre-defined faves so when I reboot I can save them?

Click Start, Other Settings, and make sure Save Metadata on Exit is set to on.

If that setting is off, none of your Favorites or scraped data gets saved on shutdown.  If that doesn't work go into Retropie Setup and reset folder permissions.

What about in Attract Mode? I'm pairing down the list, and the collections, but hitting F brings up the add favorites option, but they dont show up on the favorites wheel? Any ideas?
