Most Images run super quick on the new model and doesn't get that hot either, may need to overclock this bad boy !!

Offline I missed Pi Day ? , but ordered the 3B+ last night, Pi Australia Sydney has limited stock
Why wouldn't Retropie run, its the same Pi just O/C to 1.4ghz and better networking really

Offline Thereâs a retropie img updated for the Pi3 B+ now. Just a few issues with certain game emulators that are being worked on, by Monday youâll be able to update each img straight from your old ver B, no problem.

Offline hmmm so should I be able to load my current SD card images right to the b+ I had thought it wouldnt be an issue…. what are some of the problems that have been seen?

Offline Oh No i was Wrong, 3B+ does not run old img's, far as i can tell it need Raspbian Stretch OS to run, not Pixel
