all imgâs arenât loading in. A yellow lightning icon appears in top right of hdmi output, ledâs flashing red but no led green at all, help?

Offline RPI3+ won't startup without the a new image that has the newest rpi firmware on it. (March 13th).
If you have an old RPI3 or 2 you can do an update on it.
I don't have another RPI so I guess I'm screwed until people start uploading updated images.

Offline Yeah, thereâs a new updated RPi software version, problem is, itâs not updating to it using the older ver B RPi, so not sure how to update imgâs yet. Going to wait until itâs easier to update.

Offline If you have Yellow Lightning Bolt in the Window then its one of a few things, PSU is not powerful enough, even the Official 5v 2.5A supply doesnt alway cut it, i now use a 3amp and no more lighting bolt,
Another thing is if something is running, even crash log in the background can cause the the lighting bolt, running too many usb's more likely if running a hub,
And lastly some cases that have LEDs can pull extra power
Use a 5v 3a psu, 2.5 is not alsway enough

I was also confused by that yellow lighting when i first buyed/started up my rpi,after a quick search on the web,more amp was the solution !
So dj and richard,use more amperes psu.
