Hi everyone,

I have dowloaded virtualmans image but it wont fit on my 128gb sd card.

Is there a way to reduce it slightly?

I tried opening with 7zip but it was read only, so I couldnt delete a few roms which I dont need/want

Has anyone else had this issue

Thanks

Richard

I have the same problem guy, my toshiba sdcard class 10 has only 115 gbs of free space.. All the 128 Gbs images I found here is bigger than my sdcard.  I'm so sad about it.

Sounds familiar, my card is also a toshiba.

Its a 128gb toshiba exceria.

If nothing else this thread should let people know which card not to buy!

I use Samsung Evo cards and have never had a problem with images and the sizes.

As for shrinking the image… there are programs that will do it.

Personally I would use DiskInternals linux reader… mount the image.. and then export the files to your desktop into a folder and then go into those filess… take out what you dont want for roms.   Then, recreate the image using all the remaining files in your new desktop folder.

Same here……Samsung card…no issues.  You can try shrink the image but I have never had much luck doing that.
