Most images pop up a control configuration on boot – if not then you will need a keyboard plugged in too.
You can see all the images on the RASPBERRY PI FRONT ENDS IMAGES page, click on the READ NFO links and will take you to the original post (if any) where you can usually see a video of it in action, that way you can choose to decide for yourself.
