i found a little time yesterday evening to poke around with the light gun dealio some more, and ive made headway, but truthfully the ground i made in them still doesnt make any of the games playable, on aliens, i managed to get the shots to fire where the crosshair the gun controls points to, but there is so much lag in moving the gun, and the crosshairs following, that  its pathetic, ill give it another go this weekend, with all controls unplugged except the lightbar, and the lightgun, to see if its by any chance a power issue, since i basically have every single USB inthe pi, and the powered hub filled, along with an led array off the GPIO to illuminate the ball, i think i may do a virgin install on my other pi as well to eliminate the possibility of the image i compiled from 2 different images being of issue as well.
