Image was just downloaded, was the newest they had as of Nov 29th when installed.
Saw a few other threads with issues, and no responses, so no idea if they ever got it fixed or not. Chatted with someone from a recent thread with the same issue and they finally gave up and used a different image completely.
I don't have the fastest internet and not really a fan of the idea of downloading 16gb images over-and-over to find one that works. Will play with what I have tomorrow when I have time, if doesn't work, I'll do something more basic for her instead.
