I have the same Samsung MicroSD as you have and I did not have any problem with it and if you still have problems after trying the softwares I suggested you can have a look here and see if this step by step guide works.Note that it says it is for the NOOB setup but this is the standard procedure for every SDcard when it is 64gb or larger.Im not sure if you followed this procedure before so it might be why its not working properly for you.
