a cpl different things could be going on,
the first, and i hope its not the case, but you could have knockoff cards, that arent really as big as they say they are..(significantly smaller)
does the 32GB image fit on the 64GB?
the other thing, is, a 32gb card isnt really 32 gb, so if the image is a true 32gb in size, it wont fit a 32 gb card with out shrinking the image,
