I cannot advise you on this but personally, I would try to do this.
Obviously, make sure that the video snaps are named correctly.
If you have a working video snap for one game, then rename it to one that is not working, just in case that file is corrupt.
These are the steps that I would try, but I cannot say this would work 100% as I cannot test.
