Yes. Those settings are for the volume of attract mode. The preview videos play loudly and so do the other emulators. When I play a game from the arcade the volume is very low. I have changed the attract mode volume, emulation station volume and the raspberry pi volume. I'm wondering if the arcade emulator has it's own volume.
