Check if it starts by hand. Open the CMD.exe (terminal). Go to the directory where retroarch.exe is located (in your case that is emulatorsRetroArchXiso)
type in the command-prompt (for example): .
etroarch.exe -L “coresdolphin_libretro.dll” “C:coinopsCollectionsNintendo WiiromsWiiRayman Origins.wbfs”
!! replace this “C:coinopsCollectionsNintendo WiiromsWiiRayman Origins.wbfs” with where your roms are
