About 8 hours to unrar, another 8 hours to burn the image. (Which I had to do twice because I accidentally pulled the wrong MicroSD out at about the 6 hour mark. Lul.)
I use those 1TB SanDisk cards almost exclusively so that was no problem. Yes, my 1TB Lexar I use as my actual SteamDeck drive didn’t work. They have about 30GB less capacity on the card than the SanDisk. I’ve run into that issue with other really tight images before.
The thing looks amazing. Such a great menu. As I gradually go through that 30 minute how-to-Batocera Youtube video linked above, which will be useful for changing a few games around to my tastes… did the site selling these things include a guide? I’m currently lost on the most basic shit, like the keycombo to drop out of an emulator and go back to the menu. 😂
