I think the best way to download from Archive.org is download Jdownloader and simply paste the page link (Top 100 Retro Rom Collection By Stirlitz : Stirlitz : Free Download, Borrow, and Streaming : Internet Archive),
It will recognize all the files and download them for you, without worrying about crashes or reconnections since everything is automatic, with the advantage of not having to worry about seeds as it is downloaded directly from the page.
