Been deleting Rar001 and resetting it and it still fails to extract at rar001.  what am i doing wrong?

I had no problem extracting this with winrar…sometimes a file will get corrupted going thru the internet..when it stops see what file and just re-download that file..may have to do  it for a few but it will definitely all work out in the end
