Instead consider the collections at archive.com. The torrents DO NOT WORK for large collections! Don’t even try! Instead use “JDownloader” to select all the links that are showing on the page. Start with:

Or do a search in Google for “sega dreamcast collection archive.com” (or change the system name to any other console you want a collection of).

The links above have USA, Europe and Japan releases. According to my collection there are 293 USA/Europe titles, and 391 exclusive titles from Japan, but these numbers include multiple discs per game and could be missing some others. I had to search through many collections to find a few elusive titles. I have yet to find a complete “complete” collection.
