Hi, so I am a member, but I have a very hard time trying to find things on the site.

For example…

At the bottom of this page it says “download from our romsets page.” But when I click the link, it is not on the page. How am I supposed to find it?

It also says its a 4 year old post……

We do NOT maintain external links submitted by users

This link still running > https://www.arcadepunks.com/snes-hack-transfer-pack/

Footnote: Please Stop messaging the social media team – they are literally social media people and are unable to help you on your quest for warez!

Thanks for the reply. Who do I contact to get help in the future? Seems like messaging Facebook was the only way to get anyone to respond?

That link does the same thing to the one I sent in my message – takes to a downloads page and it’s not there. BUT, I finally found it. Trying to find things on this site is hard when the links don’t go to a page that has the information on it. (And I understand what you are telling me, but it also seems like if the download is gone, so would be the page so it can’t be found?) And I am just trying to get help to find things or how to use the site – I have paid the membership.

How does someone know if it’s something from “external links submitted by users?” Like on the search, it has the years. How does someone know what year the thing we are looking for to find?

Again, I am just trying to get help to know how to find things since the search doesn’t really help, me at least, if I don’t know what year or a name. Is there/could there be a search function for system?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me.

Are you trolling?

No one is here to hold your hand – if you want that, use the forums, or groups, the Social Media teams wont help you hack your ipod….

Your biggest problem is you are using a hobby site on a mobile device, 95% of users are PC based (or Mac) and see the full site and all the options, the site is NOT made for nor optimised for mobile users, because of the nature of the site.

All downloads are submitted by users, Arcade Punks, do not and will not maintain links for warez

Membership is for supporting the site, thank you for your support, please visit the members area @ https://www.arcadepunks.com/members-direct-download-centre

The site is as optimised as it can be for finding things, there is a search bar on the home page on the right for the entire site, there is a search bar for the forums in teh forums, and when you click the NFO link in any of the download pages that takes you to the INFO page, on there it will say …(RIGHT UNDER THE TITLE)

BY | DATE , YEAR

then in software download areas you will see current years, previous years archives and so on , once again use a PC and see the site in its entirety.

As for the link above, it EVEN TELLS YOU ON THE DAM LINK :-
This content is 5 years old. If there is a download link on this page and you expect a torrent to be “well seeded” its VERY unlikely you will have much success – Our revenue funded Seedboxes usually only host for 90 days (more in some “collection” cases). Try requesting it on our forum, or, if available then downloading from another source (for example mega.nz, 1fichier or upto) – The best method of downloading would be .nzb (usenet) as most providers have at least 3 years retention – check out the “how to” on the NZB page – alternatively if you are a member there is a good chance it can be put on the members private FTP. Memberships are OPEN.

The download link then takes you to the downloads page, normally you would have to then visit 2015 (as per the year of the post), however this is ALREADY linked directly to 2015 then simply scroll until you find it , OR IF ITS MASSES OF LINES THEN try pressing ctrl+f and typing part of the title , for example “trans”

Use the live chat in the members area , the guys are very helpful there, but I would shake off some of the entitled “you must help me” attitude because people will lose the will to help, fast.
